Hello, I am from France, and I own an original, air-cooled Beetle, a model '62 ! ... but I love the New Beetle as well as the original one !!! As says the ad I believe that its heart's in the same place, even though the engine is not !!! |

This is my baja its a 74 std. bug I got from a guy for $300. It had a motor but it was in 4 boxes and scattered through the car (which by the way didn't have any interior .The seats are from a Chevy Spectrum. It wasn't a Baja when I got it .I got a Bug Eye baja kit from a friend of mine a and a stinger for $40.00 and my hood . Those are the stock fenders on the back that I modified a little with my grinder |

We were always fond of old VW Bugs. One day we spotted a 1967 convertible bug for sale that was affordable and an added plus…it ran! We wanted to be able to go off-road when the dunes at Silver Lake, MI were too crowded, so we purchased "Bugly." |

My Bug This site documents the restoration of my 1965 VW Beetle. This 65 VW was purchased in December of 2001 through a co- workers brother.This bug had been sitting for around 10 years and was really only moved to make way for more "junk" wich included two other beetles. |
